Adtell Integration is a Fiber Optic Service company, specializing in the engineering and maintenance of fiber networks for some of the country’s largest MSO’s, Telcom’s and Network Providers. Adtell has recently recognized a significant growth in the NY/NJ market. To meet these demands Adtell is currently hiring experienced and those without fiber experience to compliment this growth. Partnering with another member of The Adtell Group, The Fiber School, we are uniquely positioned to organically train and certify any and all chosen applicants from the ground upward. Adtell Integration’s apprenticeship program allows technicians to learn in the field with little to no fiber experience. This entry-level position will provide the hands-on, practical experience required to advance in the fiber field. Adtell has implemented a clear and direct Career Progression Path from Apprentice to Project Manager to help prepare our employees for a career in the Fiber Industry.
FIBER OPTIC TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE
- Throughout NY/Northern NJ
SPECIALIZED TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Responsibilities:
- Assist Master Fiber Splicers in daily tasks
- Perform limited traffic control
- Complete job-related paperwork in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers license
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a Team environment
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Applicants must be willing to perform given tasks in all weather conditions deemed safe
